At least he spelled “loose” right. I swear that everybody on Xbox Live spells it “lose”.

But he missed the “?” at the end…punctuation is nice too.
How would you answer this anyway? “Oh yes, it’s so loose you could drive a bus up there without touching the sides.” or “No, I have a harness so it doesn’t escape and chase birds.”

Hey, why do you guyz (people who also post on here) focus so very much on the spelling of these insults? Like, why is that always a thing that is brought up…on almost every post I’ve read. It doesn’t really bother me, but it does strike me as odd that is what you would choose focus on as opposed to the crux of whatever hateful thing is up for discussion. I get that its meant to be light and make fun of the posts that are on here and such, it is just…it seems like every post has this grammar thing as the starting comments.

2. They are trying to be crass or insulting so they probably don’t care to make their wording look all sophisticated.
and 3, Theres probably more that can be said, right? I mean this guy here is targeting a person based on her gender by asking something that is sexually explicit (no matter how you interpret it) so why not talk about what a crummy thing that is to do in a social entertainment setting? Lots of ground to cover! ^_^

I honestly don’t see this issue being solved for a long time as it is quite ingrained in cultures throughout the world. It also doesn’t help when anonymity gives people the belief that they can say what ever they want. In my opinion, if you remove the anonymity a large portion of griefing would go away as many people would be to ashamed to do anything negatively to other people.

Would you experience the same thing if u went pc instead of console? Most pc games mainly use chat so I would believe more people would harass the playing skills over gender. Also most of these pictures doesn’t surprise me as anything social in consoles is like diving into a septic tank.

Trust me, there are plenty of posts on the site from PC games. It gets just as nasty.

 Yeah I dunno dude, saying that pc gamers are somehow more civilized than any other kind of people-who-like-video-games sounds like more console-pc war talk to meh. >_>

 Simply, because it’s just one more thing this morons can’t get right. First off, it’s not always just simple short-hand like “u, r”, etc. It’s actually bad spelling, and usually a lot of it. And secondly, not everyone uses short-hand when typing online or texting. I do not – I feel it makes be look dumb. I’ll take the extra 2-3 minutes to type a decently-sized message in Live, if it means I don’t look like I can’t spell.

Also, people know what the real issue is. No, it’s not spelling. But it’s not like these guys deserve any reprieve – they’re acting dumb and immature, and if I can laugh at them for bad spelling (and I don’t mean missing a complex word) AS WELL AS having horrible social manners, then I’m all for it :)

Trust me – PC gaming is pretty bad too. There’s a number of submissions here from PC, and some of them are (I’d say) the worst ones on this site. 

Never made the claim as I only said that the anonymity provided might offer a different experience since most pc games relies on chat.  I don’t think most gamers are civilized period and multiplayer in my opinion is a cesspool because of anonymity. The only thing I did state was that the problem won’t go away for a long time because it is in grained in the culture through out the world.

 Well there are many things ingrained in many different cultures throughout the world. Some of those things are negative and some of them are PEACHY-KEEN!
The player interactions that I have had with PC gaming and more recently continue to have on XBL is overwhelmingly positive. There ARE a large number of people who go out of their way to ruin it for everyone else. And I don’ think its as much of a minority as some people claim (just a few bad apples and all that). I think its a lot of sad, angry, hateful apples.
And that makes me a little sad instead of angry.
But it does NOT ruin my gaming experience and it does NOT make me think that gamers are uncivilized. If there are gamers that are being rude it is because they chose to be that way.
It is also because their cultures are tolerant of that behavior.
But people can choose to outgrow culture. So ultimately its a personal thing enforced by cultural norms.
But I find that (for me) what works best is to be nice in return regardless of the original behavior. Sometimes all a person needs is a nice word instead of insta-retaliation like they expect. Its easy to make friends out of a lot of those people if you take the time to show them that its an actual person on the other end……..and if it doesn’t work then its still

Just as easy to be nice as it is to be mean but being nice is MUCH MORE FUN! ^_^_^_^
