This series of messages brings to light a very dire problem facing the world today – consonant elongation. It appears to be a communicative condition, exhibiting the traits of a learned behaviour, and no confirmed cases have been reported in individuals who were not exposed at length to other persons in whom at least several of the symptoms had presented. We must work together to put an end to consonant elongation!

Also, I’m honestly curious about this – since the “c” wasn’t elongated, how exactly does one pronounce “bitchhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh?”
